Our Foray “up-country” to Lifton (Devon) was a great success!

Wow what an evening! A full house, lovely pastie supper (Devon pasties even but tasted lovely) and to cap it all a soloist that pleased everyone!

We sang a mixed repertoire, which went well and also sang an up-beat version of The White Rose that went down well.

The soloist was Yvie Tilley, a mere 15 years of age but with a talent far beyond her years! She played the flute and sang with an accomplishment that pleased us all. We look forward to her playing her flute with us many more times.

The "boys" in good voice at Lifton.
