Tour to Wells, Day 2.

Up bright and early for a good breakfast from 8 until 9 then get ready for the departure at 10.15 to the Roman City of Bath.

Some who were not quite so able or who wanted a quieter day stayed around Well which of course is also very historic.

Returned from Bath at around 3.15 and time then to get ready for tea at 4.15 ready for the choristers coach to St Thomas’s Church for rehearsal. We were singing with the Wells Good Afternoon Choir. Supporters followed on at about 7.00 in time for the 7.30 concert.

We arrived back at the Swan Hotel at 9.50pm and I for one was ready to fall into bed after a very tiring but pleasant day!

Pictures below of the church interior and the two choirs that performed.
